All about herbs
Aromatherapy is an alternative form of body and soul care, which is gaining more and more fanatics worldwide day by day. In this blog post, we will have a chat of all about herbs which they can help us in our daily life in different ways.
It is safe and at the same time handy and does not mean that it can be used only for specific medical treatment. Those kinds of herbs they have very alternative ways of how you can use them. Doctors are saying that it is a way of a complementary relief for many diseases.
What do I enjoy? Coming home after an exhausting day at work, set up my diffuser and make my aromatherapy with my essential oils from Doterra and my favorite ones are: Clove, Lavender and Eucalyptus. You can find diffusers from almost every online shop such as Amazon, eBay etc.
Below we will examine 5 of my favorite and the most effective and active herbs that can regulate your hormones and protect your body. How? We will see in a while…
Basil Oil: It’s a beautiful oil! Drama against exhaustion but also illness. Put a few drops on the shoulders of your ears and massage softly, like in the center of your bowl, in the “third eye”. You will immediately feel the difference.
Coriander: While Coriander has long been used to promote healthy digestion, it is also known to aid in maintaining a clear complexion and developing feelings of relaxation.
Olive Oil: Ideal for all those suffering from Pre-ministry syndrome. Pour some of the oil into the shower gel in your days and relief will be evident.
Lavender oil: If you have insomnia, which is often due to poor regulation of your hormones. It has immediate action in restoring gland function while relaxing muscles. A few drops on your pillow before sleep do wonders.
Thyroid oil: It can help with thyroid problems as well as with gynecological hormones such as poly-cystic ovaries. A few drops of brush oil massage in the thyroid area is what you need to do.
Whhich ones are your favorites? Please share with me your experience and preferences.
